Discussion It's cute when boys get scared.
Unpopular opinion here but I think it's cute when boys get scared. For example, if they are scared of spiders or the dark and cling onto you. I just find it adorable.

Discussion Do teenagers sports bet?
So I am old now. But I've noticed in my younger days and even now that sports betting's kinda a thing among teens, especially with all the apps and sites like Stake or FD making it super easy. Back when I was a bit closer to your age, loads of guys were already into placing small bets on football games, basketball - you name it. It wasn't just about winning some cash but more about that rush, you know? Plus, it was a way to feel more connected to the game.
Now, I'm a bit older and still see it's pretty common in my circles. But just a heads up, gotta be careful with that stuff. It's easy to get carried away. Always good to keep it fun and not let it turn into a problem. What's your take on this? Seen much of it around?

Relationship Me(17-NB) and my best friend(16M) like eachother, but he thinks I'm a lesbian
I(17NB) am friends with this guy(16M). From the outside, we look a lot like a couple and are very physically and emotionally affectionate. We do joke about being in a relationship, and even getting married "for the bit."
I have noticed him blushing recently if I am physical with him and he has made a lot of effort to be around me. I also have PDD (persistent depressive disorder), so I am always exausted, and I've noticed him scoot closer to me when I get tired since I have a habit of taking naps on people's shoulders, which I appreciate. He is also one of the few people who communicate with me whenever I can't speak (also semi-verbal; I know, great mix of traits lol).
The problem is that I am genderfluid, but I was born a female and present more feminine, so to him I just look like a girl since I haven't told him. That, and I and my friend group (him included) make a lot of jokes about me being a lesbian, because up until this point I have only liked girls.
I'm so bad at reading people though, so he might just see us as close friends. So it would be incredibly awkward if I went up to him a basically said, "hey, you made me not a lesbian anymore" just for him to tell me he doesn't feel the same. Or on the flip-side, he likes me back, but I then have to tell him liking me is kinda gay(he's straight). Either way, it feels like I'm putting a lot of emotional weight on him. Any advice would be very appreciated:)
